The experience purchasing a watch at Urverket was terrible. Three months of waiting, watch arrives with dirty case and at our surprise the expensive watch doesn’t work, another two weeks of waiting while it is being returned and then receiving the message that a new watch can be ordered which will take about 10 weeks! Nobody called and apologized. Poor customer service and very unprofessional and unreliable. Needless to say that this supplier cannot be recommended.
